Q:  How can we get a quote? 

      A: Fax or e-mail your sketch, drawing, or request including sizes and quantities. Include all contact information; such as Name, Company, Telephone, Fax or e-mail. A quote will usually be returned to you the same day.

Q:  When can I see my drawings?

      A: Once you accept the quote and return your approval to us we will begin working on your drawings.

Q:  Can connectors be provided ?

      A: Yes, we provide a variety of connectors.  We reserve the right to exclude some or all connectors based on manufacturer and quantity. 

Q:  What is the turn around time ?

      A: Most plates can be fabricated in about 15-20 working days. Large orders and flanged panels take longer.

Q:  Can panels be rushed ?

      A: Yes, specialized panels can be rushed for an additional charge. Other options can be used to speed up your order. We stock some pre-anodized panels, your order can be laminated or even painted. This can reduce the amount of time to about 5 to 7 working days

Q: What is our minimum order ?

      A: Panel Authority does not have a minimum order charge. No job is too big or too small.

Q:  Does Panel Authority provide any wiring ?

      A: No, however we can provide you with the names of companies that can assist you with your wiring needs.

Q:  What types of payments are accepted ?

      A: Panel Authority accepts C.O.D., credit cards (Mastercard Visa, Amex, Diners Club ) or you can provide us with credit references to  set up terms. Please contact us for required forms.
